Ledger

Ledger is a yellow male Labrador Retriever currently being raised by Deb and Tom Cox. Ledger was born 7/31/07. He is growing fast and learning to be calm on a tie down next to the bed while Deb reads.

It has been interesting to see Ledger progress from his puppyhood days to a toddler to a teenager. With the weather improving, he is enjoying his time in his kennel. Long walks through the neighborhood has improved his ability to ignore distractions from dogs, birds, blowing leaves and cars passing by. Ledger spent four days in the Portland area and rode on the aerial tram, the street car and visited Powell’s Book. He will be one year old on July 31. He has been more attentive during our walks and growing out of the puppy stage.

Ledger is off to the Boring campus for recall on October 25. We’re excited and optimistic about him doing well. Stay tuned for updates. As of Dec 4, Ledger is in Phase 3.
